How Does It Work?

A Kraft Infotech Manager (from the Support Office in either Pittsburgh PA or Washington D.C.—saves on travel expenses to our clients) provides critical support in defining, structuring, and overseeing the project plan jointly created by you and Kraft Infotech.

This role provides necessary infrastructure and supervision to ensure jointly agreed-upon milestones are met on time, and on budget.

The Manager ensures that projects are optimally staffed and fully equipped to meet your project requirements. This business model allows our clients the confidence to focus on the management of the key design and implementation stages necessary to successfully complete IT projects, while we oversee the day-to-day project challenges.
